Returns are accepted within 1 week (7 days) of delivery for the following reasons:
Item is faulty or damaged upon arrival: If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact me immediately and I will arrange a full refund or replacement.
Item is not as described: If the item you receive is not as described on my website, please contact me and I will arrange a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
Change of mind: I accept returns due to change of mind within 1 week of delivery. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in, including:
Original packaging
All tags and labels attached (if applicable)
Unworn and unused (if applicable)
I cannot accept returns for:
Items that are not returned within 1 week of delivery
Items that are damaged or soiled after being received
Items that are not returned in their original packaging
Items that are made to order or personalized
Items that are excluded from returns in my product descriptions
To initiate a return:

I will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once I receive the returned item and inspect it, I will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
Please note:
I reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet my return policy requirements.
As a small business owner, I cannot cover the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.
I recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
